Rebecca Armstrong
Rebecca L. Armstrong is an associate in the family law practice of McClure Duffee & Eitzen LLP, which serves clients in Dallas, Collin, and surrounding counties. Her cases include complex and amicable divorce cases, premarital agreements, modification actions, enforcement actions, termination actions, adoptions and collaborative law cases. She also handles cases involving business litigation involving service contract disputes and landlord tenant issues.
Born in Houston, Texas, Rebecca graduated from Texas A&M University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, with a minor in Business Administration. During her time at Texas A&M she became a member of Lamda Pi Eta, the communication honor society, due to her academic achievements and was also the recipient of the Distinguished Student Award.
Rebecca received her Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law in 2007, and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2007. During her law school career, Rebecca became a member of Phi Delta Phi, an international legal fraternity, based on her grade point average, and was also selected as a member of the SMU Mock Trial team based on her audition performance.
Her memberships include: State Bar of Texas; Dallas Association of Young Lawyers; Dallas Bar Association (Section: Family Law); Dallas Women Lawyers Association; American Bar Association; American Association for Justice and Annette Stewart Inn of Court. She is also a volunteer with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and Legal Aid of Northwest Texas.
