Nate Brignon

Nate Brignon is an associate in the family law practice of McClure Duffee & Eitzen LLP, which serves clients in Dallas, Collin, Tarrant, and the surrounding counties. His cases include complex and amicable divorce cases, premarital agreements, marital property agreements, and modification and enforcement actions. He also handles cases involving business litigation, primarily focusing on cases involving service contracts and landlord tenant disputes.

Nate was born in Tulsa Oklahoma, and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Midland, Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism. Nate received his Juris Doctorate with honors from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 2006. While attending law school, Nate received the Jurisprudence Award for Superior Academic Achievement in Commercial Law. Nate is a volunteer with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, Legal Aid of North West Texas, and is a member of the Young Friends of the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas.
