Lisa Greenwood Duffee
Lisa has extensive trial experience in representing the interests of her clients throughout the State of Texas. With more than 22 years of experience in real estate litigation, business litigation, arbitration proceedings, family law and collaborative law, Lisa’s diverse trial experience enables her to effectively and effieciently represent her clients. Lisa has acted as lead attorney in more than 30 jury trials during her 15 years of real estate and business litigation practice and as such, is able to bring her business acumen to play for her clients when handling complex property and other family law issues.
Born in Dumas, Texas, November 5th, 1959; Lisa received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M (1982) and her Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University (1985) and she was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1985. She is also admitted to Eastern, Northern and Southern US Districts Courts. She is a member of Collaborative Law Dallas practice group; American Bar Association; Dallas Bar Association (Sections: Family Law Board Member and Business Litigation); State Bar of Texas. Lisa is also a Native American Indian of the Delaware and Cherokee Indian Tribes.
