Brad K. Cunningham
Brad K. Cunningham is an associate in the family law practice of McClure, Duffee & Eitzen LLP which serves clients in Dallas, Collin and the surrounding counties. He was born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma on September 26, 1980 and graduated high school from Greater Tulsa Christian Academy in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1999.
Brad majored in accounting and earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas in 2003. Brad received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2006.
While an undergraduate, Brad was the President and Chancellor of Pi Kappa Epsilon and was a junior class officer. He was a finalist for the Arkansas Governor’s Award for Entrepreneurial Development in 2003.
In law school, Brad was the Research Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review and was the vice president of the Student Bar Association. He also received two academic achievement awards in legal research and writing. Brad was also a member of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg American Inn of Court.
Brad was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2006 and joined McClure, Duffee & Eitzen LLP that same year. Brad is currently a member of the Family Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
